Disappointed several times! Something was always missing, today the wrong burger came out. Called and reordered. Waiting for 45 minutes (the actual order was there in 20 minutes). Warning: the alternative last time was a promised voucher as compensation. We never got that either! We will not order anymore!

Had a really great experience today: Food arrives, the door slams and the soda bottle is broken. The driver can't help it, but helps. Then unfortunately found out that the wrong burger was delivered. Running! Called and now it comes: Burger was delivered new, we were allowed to keep the old burger. When the driver came, he had brought a new bottle of soda as a present with the words: Please do not break it 😂😂😂 It is not the smooth deliveries that distinguish stores like this one, but how you deal with problems and customers. So a big thank you for the limo and a bravo for the service!

I had the “Hot Quinoa Veggie” menu today and I'm thrilled. At many fast food chains, the vegan / vegetarian burger patties taste very artificial and make me feel unpleasant full. But this is very fresh and you get full without having the feeling that you are falling into hibernation at any moment. I will definitely order there again and look forward to trying the other vegetarian burgers! P.s .: In terms of sustainability, the restaurant also impresses with delivery by bike. :-)

It's just hard to believe at these prices it should actually be possible to afford a hairnet. This is apparently not possible with this supplier, because hair can be found in the food and orders are not read correctly, although I don't know how to forget the egg at an egg and balcony burger. In addition, the order was already cold on arrival. That was definitely the last time I ordered from this supplier because even if you try to reach this supplier by phone for 20 minutes, you won't get a hearing and ultimately just hang up in frustration. However, a few minutes later they would call again and apologize and offer a compensation. We were promised improvement and I hope that this will also be realized.

Simply delicious. My best burgers in Mönchengladbach. Relatively expensive but worth it! Mc Doof and Strangler King have no chance here.
